receipt of a non-refundable retainer.

Wedding Information

Surrounding Counties' Marriage License Locations

** If you are an Ohio resident, you must apply in the county in
which you reside. This allows you to be married anywhere in
Ohio.
** If you are not an Ohio resident, you must apply to the county
in which you plan to be married.
** No witnesses are needed for the marriage.

** If divorced, the divorce decree must be brought at the time of
applying. In the case of multiple divorces, the last decree is all
that's needed.

** Widow(er) does not need spouse's death certificate.

** Both must apply in person.
** Each needs a picture ID. This can be a State ID, a valid
driver's license, a passport, or a visa.

** Cost: $40 cash only
** No waiting period-- license issued immediately
** License good for 60 days
** No blood test or physical exam required
