Starla has been in the wedding industry for a little over 25
years, during which time she was also involved in Children's
Ministries for 13 of those years. She also designed a VBS
craft program for a church conference that was used

Over the years, Northcutt has married many couples in
various styled weddings; her first being a small, intimate
ceremony.

As a minister, Northcutt is capable of & available to do other liturgical services such as baby
dedications, funerals & baptisms - but she specializes in weddings. She takes pride in the fact
that a couple knows they have an officiant they can work with; someone who will help create a
ceremony just for them. She says she never tires of saying the words, "I now pronounce you
husband and wife"; it is a thrill each & every time!
